I was pleased when I was contacted by one of the owners of the business to discuss my feedback. I was reassured that my comments were taken on-board and treated respectfully. [name redacted] was very honest and forthright with me. My sense is that this is a small business, fighting for marketshare in a tough industry, that is striving to differentiate though excellent service delivery.
