    Frustrating experience
    I tried to use Poolwerx Turramurra to restore my pool after the recent Sydney floods. I found that they were agonisingly slow to respond to my requests, often ignoring emails and not returning phone calls. They didn't communicate properly with their technicians and multiple service calls had to be arranged because they didn't fix the problems the first time. After waiting 2 weeks for them to start the pool restoration, I did it myself. I tried complaining to the owners but they weren't interested, except after I posted this review, when I received a call. By then it was too late.
    I won't be using them again.

    Our pool pump suddenly stopped working and so we rang Poolwerx Turramurra. We spoke to Malcolm who was very helpful and patient over the phone and arranged to have the motor inspected and repaired the same day. Owen performed the repair and carefully explained what he had done and what the cause was. Excellent service!

    Aiden very promptly issued a competitive quote to replace our aging filter. The team kept me well informed of the order progress and when the installation would happen. Charlie did the work at site and finished when promised. Charlie is so friendly and did a terrific job. Poolwerx Turramurra deserve repeat business!
